Each piece is handmade and one of a kind. Slight variations in color, glaze, and texture are a natural part of the ceramic process.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. I will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
